A modern 'shabby chic' bistro style restaurant where you sit in rooms with wooden floor boards (nice), at old wooden tables, on old wooden chairs or benches. The building is old and so the decoration has been left to match.
The food was good and simple and they must be applauded for their use of locally sourced ingredients. Unfortunately, the service was not of the highest calibre as it appeared that as much time was spent talking as serving.
All in all, a nice enough pub restaurant, with nice enough food but will be going back - probably not.
